I recall almost skipping my first showcase. It was nerve racking. But just like public speaking, eventually much of the fear dissipates. Its always a personal choice though, something you have to want to do. Personally I look forward to showcases like Lady Banditas but I still get some pre-show jitters. Mostly its just adrenaline. I can prepare a performance but opening totally and being authentic.....cannot picture that. What are your feelings about it ladies?
