I&#039;ve helped students recover from injuries w/ small weights &amp; using exercise bands.  The bands are particularly helpful in working through any scar tissue inside the muscle.</description>

		<description>Hey Yannori!  Awesome blog!  It was great meeting you in Redlands!  And I had to comment as an injured (I had rotator cuff surgery in January).  It seems to me strengthening excercises are often ignored or forgotten.  Small 3 or 5 pound weights and exercises targeting shoulders, upper back, and arms will build strength that will also help maintain proper form in pole dancing.</description>
